2023 Annual Report Released
This has been another fast-paced year in ASH’s fight to protect society from the harm caused by the tobacco industry. A year where we have seen much progress, reached new milestones, and marked major anniversaries. Unfortunately, 2023 was also a year where we faced painful setbacks as the tobacco industry has remained extremely active in its efforts to counter public health measures and keep its lethal tobacco products on the market.
As a result, the tobacco industry remains a key threat to our right to health and our right to a healthy environment. Read the full report here>

- Press Release: On September 16, 2024, Action on Smoking and Health and our co-plaintiffs submitted an additional filing in our case against the US FDA. In it, we added individual plaintiffs to our cause. The original organizational plaintiffs remain an active and integral part of the case.
