ASH and our partners have followed the lead of the Human Rights and Tobacco Control Network and have submitted country reports to treaty bodies, as countries are called for reporting. For information about the treaties, treaty bodies, and how they can be an important tool in tobacco control, please view our International human rights treaty body page.

To learn more about how to submit these reports, please visit our Learning Resources page, specifically our Tobacco and Human Rights Reference Guide and our Universal Periodic Review Engagement Memo.

If you are interested in partnering with ASH on a report for your country, please contact Kelsey Romeo-Stuppy at romeo-stuppyk@ash.org.

International Covenant on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights (ICESCR)

Submitted Reports from the HRTCN

These reports are a bit dated. While still a relevant resource, for a more up-to-date template for human rights treaty body reporting, ASH recommends using the above submitted reports for CEDAW and the CRC as a reference.
